What payment methods do you accept? Payments are accepted through PayPal or credit/debit card.
Do I have to pay sales tax? Only Idaho customers are charged sales tax.
What is your production time? Orders only take 1-2 business days to handcraft before they ship. *Timing is subject to change with high order volume.
How long does domestic shipping take? All US orders are shipped via First Class mail by default, which varies between 3-5 business days.
Can I make a change to my order before it ships? All changes need to be made within 1-3 hours, as we strive to process and start working on each order as we receive it.
JEWELRY DETAILS/CARE TIPS
What materials do you use to make your jewelry? We use high quality metals: 14k gold fill, 14k rose gold fill, sterling silver, and plated stainless steel only.
What does "gold filled” mean? Gold filled is a pressure bonded layer of gold that has 100 times more gold than plated jewelry. It is durable, won't chip or flake, is tarnish resistant, and is a great alternative to solid gold jewelry, at a much more reasonable price. It looks beautiful, and has a finish that will last years if cared for properly!
What is Stainless Steel?
Stainless steel is hypoallergenic and does not tarnish, making it an affordable and ideal metal for jewelry.
How do I care for my jewelry? Store your jewelry in a dry, air-tight area such as the plastic sleeve your jewelry arrived in. Use a polishing pad to remove any oxidation or tarnish marks. Gently rub across the surface until the shine has been restored. Occasionally remove skin oils by rinsing with warm water and buffing with a soft cloth. Take extra care around perspiration, salt, chlorine, perfume, lotions, and makeup as they can damage jewelry.
Can you stamp both sides of the bars/charms? Hand stamping is a high-impact process and can leave a slight impression on the reverse side of the pieces, but some items are thick enough to stamp on both! Email us before you order and we can discuss your options! email@example.com.
Can I add a charm/bar to my existing Happy Cactus pieces? Of course! We LOVE to grow and change with you. Send us an email and we will be happy to accommodate! firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your return policy? We are absolutely confident in the quality of our products and want you to feel the same way. Non-custom pieces must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received). We are currently unable to accept returns on custom or personalized items. Contact us right away (email@example.com) with any concerns!
Can I exchange my chain length? If you are unhappy with the length of an item, email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do accept length exchanges, however you will be responsible for any shipping costs and may be subject to a $4 re-working fee.
Does my order come with a warranty? Yes! All Happy Cactus pieces have a 30 day warranty for any chain or clasp defects. Email us right away if you're having issues with a broken chain or faulty clasp (email@example.com) so we can resolve the issue. If your necklace breaks after the 30 day time frame, contact us and we will work with you on a replacement chain!
